Jerrica is a psychotherapist based in the Hudson Valley
Drawing on community-building experience and a background in the arts, Jerrica offers affirming psychotherapy to individuals (adolescents, adults, and seniors), couples, and groups across diverse relationship and family structures, supporting clients in navigating life’s challenges with curiosity, openness, and compassion.
Jerrica works collaboratively with clients to navigate anxiety, trauma, relationships, life transitions, identity, and other experiences that can feel difficult to navigate alone. They provide LGBTQ+ affirming and gender-expansive care, including gender-affirming therapy, and honor the unique identities, backgrounds, and intersections that shape each person’s experience.
Jerrica offers therapy either in-person (Kingston, NY or Woodstock, NY) or virtually (New York State), grounded in Somatic Experiencing® (currently an SEP-in-training), incorporating body awareness into therapy when it feels supportive and relevant to the client.
Jerrica is accepting new clients at Maverick Psychotherapy via most major insurance carriers, including managed Medicaid plans.
